If you’ve bought the wrong item—whether it’s the wrong size, colour, or simply not what you wanted—you can return it for an exchange or refund. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, with the courier’s delivery date counted as the date of receipt. Returned goods must be new and unused, in their original packaging, with all labels attached, and packed carefully to avoid damage in transit. Items returned without the original protective packaging, with missing or unattached labels, or in a damaged condition may be refused for refund or exchange. To return an item, repackage it carefully, attach the enclosed returns label, and drop it off at your nearest FedEx Retail Return Point. If you’d prefer a home collection, email customerservice@saintctravelgoods.co.uk with your tracking number, full name, collection address, and preferred weekday for collection.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us on 01403 710717 or customerservice@saintctravelgoods.co.uk and we’ll arrange collection and send a replacement or the correct item. Faulty items reported within 30 days of purchase will be collected free of charge for inspection, and if confirmed faulty, will be replaced or refunded. After 30 days, warranty claims should be made directly, and faulty items can still be returned to us at the customer’s expense; if a manufacturing fault is found, the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, and returned to you free of charge. Warranties cover defects in materials only, not airline damage, misuse, or neglect. Please note that returned items are sent at the customer’s risk, and St.C (Travel Goods) Ltd is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
