We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and, wherever possible, returned with all original packaging and tags included. Inside your parcel, you will find a delivery note with instructions on how to log your return via our Royal Mail returns portal, along with your order number, which is required to complete the process.
Returns are free of charge. Once your return has been submitted through the portal, you can either print your label at home or present the generated QR code at your local Post Office, where the label will be printed for you. Please ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
