Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and, wherever possible, returned with their original packaging and tags included.
Inside your parcel, you will find a returns slip containing the website URL you need to use to log your return, along with your order number, which is required to submit your return request.
Please ensure all items are packaged carefully before sending them back to help prevent damage during transit. Once your return has been received, we aim to process it within 14 days, although processing times may be longer during peak periods such as November to February.
