Returns Policy
We offer refunds for all items returned within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, returns received outside of this period will not be eligible for a refund. A prepaid returns label will be included in your parcel. Please ensure your return is securely packaged and sent back in the original packaging.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. We recommend trying footwear on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles. If an item is believed to be faulty, both shoes must still be returned.
Refunds are usually processed within 2 working days of receiving your return, but please allow up to 14 days for the funds to appear back in your bank account. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been scanned into our system, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the refund process.
