If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return unused items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. A Royal Mail returns label is included in your parcel for your convenience.
If your item is faulty, you may request a refund within 30 days or a replacement within 6 months.
Please note: due to hygiene reasons, opened or worn headphones can only be returned if faulty.
