You have a legal right to reject faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
To return an item, email care@minicuddles.uk for a free prepaid return label. You can drop off your parcel at Parcel Lockers, Parcel shops, or Post Office Counters. For damaged or incorrect items, inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately.
Some items cannot be returned, including perishables, custom or personalised products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, and gift cards or sale items. We do not offer direct exchanges; simply return the item and place a new order. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval, though bank processing times may vary.
