We want you to be delighted with every BabaBing! product. However, if you do need to return an item, we accept returns only where goods are unused and in their original condition and packaging, so they can be resold once received back to us. We accept returns up to 14 days from purchase, and if your return meets these conditions, we will issue a full refund for the price paid for the item.
Please note that if the Raffi Travel System is returned for a refund, a small uplift and re-boxing charge will be deducted. Any refund for this product will only be processed if the item has not been used and all original packaging materials are still present. For items purchased as part of a Special Offer or Bundle, any refund will reflect the original item value minus the discount received as part of that offer.
If an item is defective, you may return it even if it has been opened, as we only accept opened returns where a fault is present. BabaBing! may request that defective items are returned at our expense for inspection and repair under the 6-month warranty period. If the item cannot be repaired, we reserve the right to replace it free of charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are returning an item because it is defective or due to an error on our part, a free return label will be included in your package. When returning an item, please ensure it is wrapped securely, use the included return label, and keep your Post Office receipt as proof of return. For defective items, please also include a full description of the fault and return the product in its original box, where possible.
