You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item has not been damaged, altered, worn, stained, or marked.
It is in a resalable condition, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
Returns are free and can be made using Evri; A return label will be included in your parcel.
To return an item:
Place the item back in the original bag it came in, with the tags still attached.
Attach the return label to the parcel.
Take the parcel to your nearest Evri drop-off point.
We will process your return once it has been delivered back to our warehouse and issue your refund. Please allow up to 14 working days from the date you post your item(s) for the refund to reach you.
