You can return or exchange your product within 28 days (14 days for sale), however, some exclusions apply:
- For hygiene reasons underwear and pierced jewellery (i.e. earrings, body jewellery) cannot be refunded, unless in the original sealed polybag or faulty
- eGifts and Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged
- Only Clarks products purchased from a Boundary Mill location can be returned to Boundary Mill
- Our warehouse and stores cannot accept returns for partner products as these are managed by the brand that fulfilled your order
