You can return your product to our warehouse for a refund within 28 days (14 days for sale). Please use our Returns Portal. After this period, our warehouse cannot accept your return and the Returns Portal can no longer be used.
Alternatively you can return your product to a Clarks Full Price store. The details of your nearest store can be found using our Store Locator. When using the store locator, excluded stores may be listed, e.g. Clarks Outlet. Only Clarks products purchased from a Boundary Mill location can be returned to Boundary Mill.
Our warehouse and stores cannot accept returns for partner products as these are managed by the brand that fulfilled your order.
